Key Takeaways

  • A campaign audits up to 500 websites at once, pasted one per line or imported from a CSV whose extra columns (email, contact name, LinkedIn) are kept on each report.
  • Mentionable opens each site and reads its brand name. Uncertain or unreachable sites are flagged for review before anything is charged.
  • The questions are asked to the AI engines once for the whole campaign, and each answer is checked for every brand in the list. Each prospect gets their own white-label report.
  • A CSV export gives one row per prospect with mentions, mention rate and the share link of their report, plus your original columns, ready for your emailing tool.
  • Each report tracks its opens: reading time, read depth, sections seen, CTA clicks. Prospects are ranked cold, warm or hot so you know who to call first. Agency offers only.

You have a list of 200 prospects. Dentists in three cities, SaaS companies in one niche, every hotel on a coastline. One personalised AI visibility audit would open the conversation with any of them. Two hundred of them, done one by one, is a month of work nobody will do.

A bulk audit does the two hundred in one campaign. Same questions, same AI engines, one report per prospect, and at the end a file with the link to each report, ready to send.

What does a bulk audit produce?

One campaign, one white-label report per website. Each report is the same AI visibility audit you would run on a single prospect: who the AI engines recommend instead of them, which questions they appear on, which competitors take the space, which sources the AIs cite, and what to do about it.

What changes is the scale and what you can do with the result. On screen, the campaign is a table: one row per prospect with their brand, their mentions and the link to their report. Above it, the campaign activity: who opened their report, for how long, and who looks ready for a call.

How does a campaign run?

1. The list. Paste up to 500 URLs, one per line, or upload a CSV. The file needs one URL column (url, website, site, domain or link). Every other column, email, contact_name, linkedin_url or anything else, is kept with the prospect it belongs to. Duplicates are removed.

2. The brands. Mentionable opens each website and reads its brand name, with a confidence level. The confident ones pass on their own. The uncertain ones are flagged for you to check, and you can add aliases (the short name people actually use). Sites that do not respond are listed so you can remove them before going further. You can keep the tab open while it works; the progress updates on its own.

3. The questions. Write the questions your prospects' customers ask, one per line, pick the AI engines, the country, and how many times each question is asked. Personas are optional: Mentionable can generate them from the first website of the list, so the questions are asked from several buyer profiles.

4. The preview. Before anything runs, you see the number of websites, questions and personas, the exact credit cost, and the credits you have left.

5. The scan. The questions are asked once for the whole campaign. Each AI answer is then checked for every brand of the list. That is what makes a campaign of 200 prospects cost far less than 200 separate audits: the AI engines answer the same questions once, and every prospect is measured against the same answers.

You then pick the competitors that appear in every report, up to 20, and Mentionable writes the insights of each report.

How do I send the reports?

Export the CSV. One row per prospect: URL, domain, brand, mentions, number of answers, mention rate, the share link of their report, and every column of your original file. Import it into your emailing or prospecting tool, and each message carries the prospect's own number and their own link.

The share links use your white label: your logo, your colors, and your own domain when it is connected.

Set the report once for the whole campaign. Every report of a campaign shares the same settings. For each section, choose to show it, hide it, or blur it as a teaser. Hide a recommendation that does not fit, add your own, and every prospect's report follows.

What is the CTA library?

A CTA is a headline, an optional sub-headline, a button label and a link: "Book a call to see the full audit", pointing to your booking page. You create them once in the CTA library and reuse them across campaigns. Attach one to a campaign and it appears on every report; the sections you set as teaser are blurred behind it.

Change a CTA and every report that uses it changes immediately.

How do I know who read their report?

Every open of a shared report is recorded, and your own opens never count. For each prospect, Mentionable shows:

  • how many times the report was opened, and from how many browsers;
  • the reading time and how far down the page they scrolled;
  • the sections they actually had on screen;
  • their clicks: on the CTA, on the detail of a question, on a link;
  • the device and where they came from.

From that, each prospect is ranked cold, warm or hot. A click on the CTA, three opens or a long, deep read makes a prospect hot. The activity feed, across every campaign, puts the hot ones at the top under "Call these first".

Next to each prospect, a follow-up status (to send, sent, followed up, in talks, won, lost) and a note keep your pipeline in the same place as the reports.

What does a bulk audit cost?

Bulk audits are billed in credits, from the monthly pool of your agency offer:

Part Cost
Shared scan questions × AI engines × personas × repetitions, 1 credit per answer, 3 on Claude and Perplexity
Each website 10 credits, for reading the site and preparing its report

Example: 10 questions on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overview, no persona, one run, for 100 websites: 30 credits for the scan plus 1,000 credits for the reports. The scan is shared, so adding websites only adds the per-website part. AI answers that fail are not charged.

Who are bulk audits for?

Agencies that sell AI visibility and prospect by segment: a vertical, a city, a list from a trade show. Bulk audits are part of the agency offers, run by the workspace's owners and admins. Read-only client accounts never see them.

If you work with an AI agent, the MCP server reads your campaigns, their reports and your CTA library too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Mentionable audit several websites at once?

Yes. A bulk audit campaign takes up to 500 websites, pasted one per line or imported from a CSV file. Mentionable reads the brand name of each site, asks your questions to the AI engines you picked, and produces one white-label AI visibility report per website, each with its own share link.

How does the CSV import work?

The file needs one URL column, named url, website, site, domain or link. Commas and semicolons both work. Every other column, such as email, contact_name or linkedin_url, is attached to the report of that row and comes back in the CSV export. Duplicate URLs are removed automatically.

What does a bulk audit cost?

Bulk audits are billed in credits on the agency offers. The cost is the shared scan (questions × AI engines × personas × repetitions, Claude and Perplexity counting 3 credits per answer) plus 10 credits per website for reading the site and preparing its report. The exact total and your available credits are shown before you launch, and failed AI answers are not charged.

What is the CTA library?

A set of reusable calls to action: a headline, an optional sub-headline, a button label and a link, such as your booking page. You attach one to a campaign, and it appears on every shared report. Sections you mark as teaser are blurred behind that call to action, so the prospect contacts you to see the rest.

Can I see which prospects opened their report?

Yes. Each open of a shared report is recorded with the reading time, how far the prospect scrolled, the sections they actually looked at, and their clicks on the CTA or on question details. Your own opens are never counted. Prospects are ranked cold, warm or hot, and an activity feed across all campaigns shows who is reading right now.

Who can run bulk audits?

Owners and admins of a workspace on an agency offer. Bulk audits are an agency prospecting tool: they are not part of the brand offers, and read-only client accounts never see them.
