Backlink Price Comparison
6 domains checked, 5 available on marketplaces
One site, several marketplaces, the lowest price.
- 01
Enter the site you want
The blog, publication or niche site you want a link from. An article URL works too, since the checker only keeps the domain. Got a whole list? The tool page takes up to 50 sites in a single check, pasted in one go.
- 02
We search the marketplaces
The checker looks up that domain in the catalogs of several sponsored post marketplaces and pulls every offer along with its price. No tabs to open, no accounts to create, nothing to copy into a spreadsheet. It takes a few seconds.
- 03
Buy at the best price
The lowest price shows up first, along with how many platforms sell the site. One click opens every offer, sorted from cheapest to most expensive, each with a link to its marketplace so you can check the details and place your order.
What is a backlink price checker, and why compare before you buy?
A backlink is a link on another website that points to yours. Many brands buy backlinks in the form of sponsored posts: an article published on a blog or media site that includes a link back to them. Link building marketplaces sit in the middle. Publishers list their sites and set a price. Advertisers pick a site, pay the platform, supply or order the article, and the platform handles the order until the post goes live.
The same site is often listed on several marketplaces at once, and the price of a sponsored link is rarely identical on each. Every platform makes money in its own way, often through a commission. The publisher can set a different rate on each one. Some include the writing, others charge extra for it. The expected word count and the number of links allowed vary too. Some show prices before VAT, others after, and a limited-time promotion can pull a price down for a while. So the exact same link on the exact same site can cost you very different amounts depending on where you order it.
Checking by hand means creating an account on every platform, searching each catalog for the site and writing the prices down somewhere. For one link, it is tedious. For a campaign of twenty sites, almost nobody bothers, and that is exactly where people overpay without noticing.
This backlink price checker runs that search for you. Enter one site, or up to 50, and for each one you get the lowest price found, the number of marketplaces selling it and the full list of offers. There is also a newer reason to choose carefully: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overview read web pages to build their answers and cite their sources. A post on a site they already cite can work for your Google rankings and for your presence in their answers at the same time.
What you know before you buy a backlink
For every site you check, you get the answers you would otherwise dig up by hopping from one platform to the next.
The site's floor price
For every site that is for sale, the checker shows the lowest price found across all offers. You instantly know the minimum budget for a sponsored post on that site, before you open a single marketplace or ask anyone for a quote.
How many platforms sell it
A site sold on one marketplace leaves you no choice. A site sold on four lets you compare what each offer includes, or order where you already have an account and prepaid credit, even when the price gap is small.
Every offer, cheapest first
Click a site to see each offer with the marketplace name and its price, sorted from lowest to highest. You see the gap between the cheapest and the most expensive option at a glance, without taking a single note.
A link to each marketplace
Every offer links to its platform in a new tab. Find the site there, read the full terms of the offer and order wherever it suits you. The checker points you in the right direction, while ordering and payment stay with the marketplace.
Unlisted sites, set aside
Sites that none of the compared marketplaces sell are listed separately, below the table. You do not waste time searching for them platform by platform, and you know right away which ones call for reaching out directly.
A whole list sorted in one check
On the tool page, check up to 50 sites at once. The summary tells you how many domains were checked and how many are for sale, and the table only shows the available ones. A long list of targets becomes a short list of links you can actually buy.
Buy backlinks without overpaying.
“Am I overpaying for this link?”
You have your habits on one or two platforms, so you order where you already have an account. The site you want might be listed somewhere else for less. Before you check out, one search tells you whether another marketplace sells it at a better price, and by how much. If your usual platform is already the cheapest, you can order with peace of mind.
“Do I need an account on every marketplace to compare?”
No. The checker searches the platforms for you, and you do not sign up anywhere. You only create an account on the marketplace whose offer you pick, when you are ready to order. That means fewer passwords to keep track of and no prepaid credit sitting on a platform where you never end up buying anything.
“How much should I budget for sponsored links?”
Paste your list of target sites on the tool page. Every available site comes back with its lowest price, so add them up and you have a realistic minimum budget based on actual listed prices, not an average lifted from a blog post. Then add writing costs when they are not included, and VAT when the price is shown before tax.
What should you check before you buy a backlink?
The lowest price is a starting point, not a decision, so here is what to do with your results before you pay.
- 01
Work out the real cost of the offer
On the marketplace, open the offer and read everything it includes. Who writes the article, and for how much extra? How many words do you need to supply, and how many links are allowed? Does the post stay online with no time limit, when the platform says so? A slightly pricier all-in offer sometimes costs less than a low headline price with add-ons stacked on top.
- 02
Make sure the site is worth the price
Open the site before you pay. Is its topic close to yours? Do recent articles look read and maintained, or is the homepage a wall of unrelated sponsored posts? Look up how much traffic it gets from Google in the SEO tool you already use. A cheap link on a site nobody reads is still money down the drain, and a pricey link on a site right in your niche can be worth it.
- 03
See whether AI assistants cite the site
Ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini the questions your prospects ask them, and write down the sources shown with the answers. If a site from your list keeps coming up, move it to the top of your priorities when prices are close. Repeat with several questions, because a source cited once does not tell you much.
- 04
Not for sale? Contact the site directly
A site missing from the marketplaces is not necessarily closed to partnerships. Look for an advertising, partnerships or write for us page, or email the editor. Pitch a topic that is useful to their readers rather than just asking for a link. Without a middleman the price is open to negotiation, and the prices of similar sites you found in the checker give you a benchmark.
- 05
Prepare the post, then check it once it is live
Choose the page on your site that should receive the link, not necessarily the homepage, and natural link text rather than the same keyword repeated word for word. Once the post is published, check that the link points to the right URL and matches what the offer promised. Log the date, the site and the price you paid, so in six months you know what worked.
Who is this backlink price checker for?
SEO consultants and agencies
You are putting together a link building proposal with a list of target sites. In one check you know which ones are for sale, at what minimum price and on how many platforms. Your quote rests on verified prices, and you keep room to choose between two similar sites.
Founders and store owners buying their first links
You are new to link marketplaces and their catalogs look endless. Start with the sites you already know in your industry: the checker tells you where they are sold and for how much. Your first purchase will not happen at whatever price the first platform you stumbled on charges.
Marketing teams who have to justify spend
Your manager asks why this link costs what it costs. With the checker, you can show you looked elsewhere: the price you picked, how many marketplaces sell the site and the gap with the other offers. Buying a sponsored link becomes a reasoned decision, not a vague line in the budget.
Brands that want AI assistants to cite them
You have spotted the sites that ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overview cite when people ask about your market. Paste them into the checker to see which ones accept sponsored posts and what a spot on each one costs. Your list of sources turns into a costed buying plan.
Ready to pay the right price for your backlinks?
One site or a list of 50, a few seconds, and you know where to buy for less.
Frequently asked questions
Is the backlink price checker really free?
Yes. No signup, no credit card. You get 3 checks per 24 hours, counted per IP address, and each check can include up to 50 sites. A check becomes available again 24 hours after you ran it. If you have several sites to look up, group them on the tool page rather than spending one check per site from this page.
Which marketplaces do you compare, and are prices up to date?
The checker currently covers Soumettre, Ereferer, Getalink, LemmiLink, 1erePlace, Prnews and Linkavista. Soumettre is queried live when you run your check. The other platforms' catalogs are pulled once a day, so a price may have changed since, for example when a promotion ends. The price on the marketplace is the one that counts. A site missing from these catalogs will not show up, even if it sells links directly.
How much does a sponsored link cost?
There is no standard price. On marketplaces, a sponsored post can range from a few euros on a small blog to several thousand euros on a widely read publication. The price mostly depends on the site's audience, its topic, its reputation, how much advertisers want it and what is included, such as the writing. Instead of an average, the checker gives you the price actually listed for the sites you are targeting.
Is the price shown what I will actually pay?
Not always. It is the price listed by the marketplace, rounded to a whole number. Depending on the platform, VAT may or may not be included. It often assumes you supply the article yourself, so writing by the platform or by the publisher costs extra. A price of €0 is not a bug: some sites publish an article for free if the advertiser provides it. Read the full offer before you order.
How do I check several sites at once?
On the tool page, paste your sites one per line, or separated by commas or semicolons. Full address, article URL or bare domain all work: the checker keeps the domain, drops www and removes duplicates. A subdomain counts as its own site, so blog.example.com and example.com are checked separately. If you paste more than 50 sites, only the first 50 are checked.
Why is a site missing from the results?
None of the compared marketplaces lists it at the time of your check. It may sell posts directly, or not at all. Double-check the spelling of the domain you entered. More rarely, a platform may fail to respond during your check, in which case its offers are missing. If a site you know is for sale does not appear, try again a little later.
Does it work for English-language and international sites?
Yes. You can check any domain, whatever its country or language. The compared marketplaces list sites from several countries and in several languages, English included. Coverage still depends on their catalogs: an international site that none of these platforms sells will come back as not found, and you will need to reach out to it directly.
Is buying backlinks risky for SEO?
There is a risk, and it is better to know it. Google's spam policies treat links bought to manipulate rankings as link spam, and ask that paid links be flagged with a tag in the link's code, rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". Sponsored posts sold on marketplaces do not always carry it. Keep the risk down with sites close to your topic, varied link text and a reasonable buying pace.
What data do you store?
For each check, we store the list of domains analyzed, the result (prices and marketplaces found) and your IP address, which is used to enforce the limit of 3 checks per day. We do not ask for your name, your email address or an account. You do not even need to share your own site: you only enter the sites you want a link from.
How do I know if a backlink will help me get cited by ChatGPT?
This checker tells you the price, not whether AI assistants pay attention to the site. Mentionable, the paid product, runs your own questions every day on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overview, collects the sources cited in their answers, then matches those domains against backlink marketplaces to show which ones are for sale and at what price. 7-day free trial, no credit card.
